This is a residential project with single-family lots between 1,200 m2 and 3,000 m2, of wich lots were prepared for sale.
As a part of our involvement, 13 kilometers of roadways ( curbs,streets, sidewalks, and drainage) were constructed 5 mva were installed in tje first stage. (35 additional mva will be installed for the final stage).
For the potable water system, a deep well (4 km) was constructed and three large custerns for water storage were constructed during the fist stage.
For the irrigation of the golf course, a pump and filter system 5 km in length was constructed from the municipal plant to the golf course, as well as many other jobs.
