The Master Plan was developed by the North American specialty firm Edward D. Stone Jr. and Associates, known worldwide for their professionalism and high caliber of projects.
The venture includes an 18-hole golf course designed by Burns Golf Design which is on par with the best courses in the world, a Tennis Club, and a Club House designed by the prestigious "Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos" architecture firm, and an exclusive residenteial development.
Our participation in this project included the planning and construction of all the jobs, such as the project management for the following activities: cost and quality controls for the program, valuation of projects, contracts and acquisitions, and the general coordination of work.
